Online Coaching
I offer 3, 6, and 12 month courses. All online coaching programs include a workout plan, cardio plan, diet plan, and supplementation protocol. Check-ins are done weekly for accountability.

PLEASE NOTE: All courses are paid in full and non-refundable due to the nature of the work I personally put into them. All check ins are to be sent Friday morning as soon as you wake up before water or food. Failure to send updates on time results in failure to receive updates.

Show Prep Packages
All show prep packages include weekly check ins for accountability, custom diet plans with weekly changes if need be, custom workout plans, supplement protocol, cardio plan, and peak week protocol near showtime. I am very hands on with pictures multiple times a day during peak week. Detailed changes to the plan may occur at this time. My wife does SPT “bikini girls” posing coaching so you also have the option to use her for posing and have access to the posing room at my gym. *Her fees apply separately.

12 week speed prep if I feel we can pull it off in that short of time frame.

When it’s time to train, focus more on the weights. Evaluate your form, get your mind set on the reps, and pay attention to your range of motion. Really feel the muscle contractions. Do not just go through the motion. Secondly, execute the reps full and focused with your intensity towards your goals in mind every time.
